Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Expedited Deliveries
* We aim to despatch goods on the same business day for orders received before 13:00. (Please ring 0871 2000987 if any questions.).
* If we anticipate goods not reaching you within 4 days we will advise you.

* Items weighing above 1.75Kg may take 1-2 days longer for people in the UK living in the IM, IV, KA and HS postcode areas

Delivery Schedule We despatch your order to you on the business day after you have placed it (unless you request otherwise). We endeavour to despatch orders placed before 12:00 on any business day on that same day.

You can benefit from a Saturday delivery by ordering after 17:00 on a Thursday and before 12:00 on a Friday and requesting Special Delivery. If you live in certain parts of Scotland or off of the UK mainland please move these order times to one day earlier. Items are despatched from South East England.

You must inform us within three working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, the current VAT applicable is included. Where VAT may not be applicable (e.g. low value items to the Channel Islands), please contact us for a refund of the VAT. Our invoices (despatched with the goods) do not normally provide a VAT breakdown. Please contact us for a VAT invoice should you require it.

Where proof of posting is requested, it must be obtained to benefit from any loss or damage in transit back to us. Should you not choose to use our return facility, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods.
